Meghan Trainor was EVERYWHERE in 2014 and it was well-deserved too. Her first single “All About That Bass” was a monster hit, and you couldn’t listen to any Top 40 pop radio station without hearing it. Let’s face it, it was an earworm and there was no escaping that catchy chorus.
2014 marked my THIRD Jingle Ball (yikes!) and as usual I was nervous leading up to it. It didn’t help that Meghan was the first artist to hit the red carpet that night because I always kinda hope the first interview is with someone I’ve already met so it’s familiar. Well, that wasn’t the case this time around. I had to take a deep breath and jump right into it, but the first thing out of Meghan’s mouth put a smile on my face and immediately put me at ease.
Meghan’s *DEBUT* album Title is available on January 13th, and it’s packed full of plenty more songs that will keep you wanting more from her. 2015 is shaping up to be quite a year for Meghan and I can’t wait to see what she has up her sleeve!
